Privacy Policy

How Oberon Automotive handles website inquiries, appointment details, payment requests, customer communications, and operating records.

Effective August 27, 2026

This policy applies to Oberon Automotive’s website, mobile-detailing appointment requests, customer relationship tools, and related customer communications. It is a working business policy, not legal advice; please have Florida counsel review it before relying on it as your final legal policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when requesting an appointment, asking for a quote, calling, emailing, or otherwise communicating with us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, service address, preferred appointment timing, vehicle year, make, model, vehicle class, selected services or add-ons, condition notes, and communications with us.

For service operations, we may create customer, vehicle, appointment, invoice, payment-status, and service-history records. Where appropriate to document service condition or results, we may collect before-and-after, process, or condition photographs. We do not intentionally collect or store your full payment-card number on this website.

How we use information

We use customer information to respond to requests, prepare and manage appointments, deliver mobile detailing services, send service and payment communications you request or authorize, maintain operational records, improve site and service performance, protect our business and customers, and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell customer personal information. We do not use mobile contact information for unrelated marketing merely because someone requested a quote or appointment.

Text messages and email

With the consent described at the point where you provide your number, Oberon may send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, service updates, and payment-link notifications using Twilio. Message frequency varies by your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of future text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (904) 612-6354 or conner@oberonautomotive.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We also send limited operational email through Resend; you may contact us to update your email preferences.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers that help operate the website and business, including hosting and authentication providers, Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Square for payment processing and payment links, cloud storage for business media, analytics providers, and selected review or business-profile tools. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and only to support the applicable service.

When you pay through a Square checkout link, Square receives the payment information needed to process that transaction. Oberon receives payment-status information needed to manage your appointment and accounting. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

Cookies, analytics, and third-party content

Our site may use limited cookies or similar technologies required for authentication, security, and site operation. We also use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand aggregate site use. The site can display third-party content, such as an Elfsight review widget or Google business-profile references. Those providers may process data under their own policies when their content loads.

Choices, access, and corrections

You may ask us to correct contact or vehicle information, update your communication preference, or request deletion of information that we no longer need to keep. Some records may be retained when needed for completed service, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, or legal purposes. To make a request, contact conner@oberonautomotive.com or call (904) 612-6354.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect business records, including restricted owner access for internal operations. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the uses described here, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Children and changes

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the most recent revision.

For service rules, appointment terms, and payment-link conditions, see the Terms of Service.
