Service standards & customer terms

Terms of Service

The terms governing appointment requests, mobile detailing services, customer communications, payment links, and use of Oberon’s website.

Effective August 27, 2026

These are a working set of business terms, not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified Florida attorney before being treated as final terms, especially if you later add a fixed cancellation fee, warranty, recurring billing, or additional services.

Using this website and requesting service

Oberon Automotive provides mobile-detailing information, appointment-request tools, and customer communication channels for Jacksonville and surrounding service areas. Submitting a request does not itself create a confirmed appointment, guarantee availability, or establish a final price. Oberon confirms the service scope, location, timing, and price before work begins.

Estimates, scope, and vehicle condition

Starting prices and descriptions are guides. Final recommendations and pricing may depend on vehicle size, condition, access, contamination, odor, pet hair, restoration needs, paint condition, correction needs, selected add-ons, and other disclosed conditions. We will explain material scope or price changes before beginning additional work.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, service-address, access, and condition information. Oberon may photograph pre-existing vehicle condition, work in progress, or completed results to document service, protect against damage disputes, and support internal quality records.

Mobile-service access and safe working conditions

You must provide a lawful, safe, and reasonably accessible location for mobile service, including any access instructions, parking requirements, gate or building rules, and known hazards. Availability of water, power, shade, or other conditions should be discussed when relevant to the requested service. Oberon may postpone, modify, or decline work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or likely to compromise the vehicle, people, or service result.

Appointment changes and cancellation

Please contact us as early as practical if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will work in good faith to accommodate changes based on availability. Oberon does not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee. Any cancellation, travel, reserved-time, or access-related charge will be disclosed to and agreed by you before it is applied.

Payments and Square links

Oberon may issue a Square payment link only after an owner-approved amount or deposit is set for the applicable customer, booking, or invoice. A payment link requests payment; it does not automatically charge you. Completing payment is handled by Square under Square’s terms and privacy notice. Oberon does not store your full payment-card number through this website.

Payment status may be recorded by Oberon after confirmation. If you believe a payment request or invoice is incorrect, contact us before paying or as soon as possible after the issue is identified.

Text-message program

By checking the text-message consent box when submitting an appointment request, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Oberon Automotive regarding your inquiry, appointment, arrival, service, invoice, or payment link at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase services.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, call (904) 612-6354, or email conner@oberonautomotive.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent applies only to Oberon’s stated service and communication purpose; Oberon does not sell, rent, or transfer messaging consent.

Results, limitations, and customer property

Detailing outcomes depend on the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, previous repairs, contamination, and reasonable limits of the selected service. Unless separately stated in a written agreement, no specific result, restoration outcome, or correction level is guaranteed. Customers should remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service. Oberon is not responsible for loss of items left in the vehicle except as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oberon’s liability for a claim related to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

Communications, privacy, and changes

Questions, service notices, and updates may be delivered through the contact methods you provide. Your use of the website and service requests are also governed by the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the latest version.
